The Next Event is a knowledge festival exclusively accessible to corporate clients and event organizers. This festival is fully equipped to answer the questions of its visitors. It gives an answer to "how" do you organize an event, "why" do you organize an event and the strategic deployment of events. It highlights both the strategic side (EventBranche.nl content) and the operational side of organising an event (EvenementOrganiseren.nl content).
Visitors won’t be looking for a pin in a haystack, but will be guided to their answers. In short, no lengthy exhibitions where the diversity per course makes the search for answers more difficult.
Layout knowledge- and exhibitors floor
The Next Event takes place in one area, divided into 6 segments, where there will be room for a limited number of exhibitors per segment. Every exhibitor is provided with a mini living room setting, which also functions as a mini knowledge area, designed to give visitors a warm welcome. Between 9:45 am and 5:15 pm you will receive a maximum of 3 visitors per time block, who will discuss the topic of your choice with you. They have registered in advance at a certain time or will come to you spontaneously.
ATTENTION
Start ups and innovations are situated in the centre of the room. They will be provided with their own desk and the innovation and start up area is provided high and low seated furniture for the knowledge sessions.

Around the exhibitors / knowledge floor is a general knowledge area which offers space for the central program. In the outer ring you will also find various food & beverage counters. So no bars are created where the visitor tends to get stuck. The hospitality service points are supported by staff.

- You can bring your own laptop, Ipad or screen but not larger than the average computer screen
- It's not allowed to bring your own branding/ signing. Off cource you can give away things to the visitors.
